Respected Sir,

Sir my name is ________ and live in the xxx area and I go to my regular college every day from an xxx bus stop and my college name is PGDAV likewise many more boys and girls daily from the same bus stop go to their respective colleges But one day I saw some boys harassing a girl from our college. I and my other friends thought that she would be familiar with that boy but he would come every day to see that girl. While following that girl, the boy reached our college and he came every day and started harassing that girl and like this, one day that boy caught the girl's hand and started touching her in a wrong way. The girl shouted, he screamed and he ran away. 

When I went to that girl to ask who that boy was, The girl did not give any answer. And because of that the next day the boy came again with his friends and started misbehaving with that girl and started sexually harassing her when I went to that boy and asked him why are you troubling her then he also misbehaved with me Curry and started fighting with me. 

He would chase that girl every day and wait for the girl outside the college gate. My friends and other people saw him doing this but people did nothing. That girl could not say something because that girl was afraid that her image should not get any problem or she should not be slandered, because of this she was afraid and does not speak anything to anyone, 

She doesn't tell this thing at her home and to her friends. One day I thought I should follow that boy and see where that boy lives and try to explain to him. I went after him and saw how he teases our college girl like he harasses other girls and this is his daily work. I am witness to all these incidents who have seen all this happening 

so I can tell you the address of that boy he left two-lane behind the same bus stop His house is there, there is a small park where he sits with his friends and even there they look at the girls with the wrong eyes, not only the same boys like him and there are many other peoples who like to see such girls in wrong way also with the wrong point of view, 

I request you people that the police department should take strict action for this and those boys should be punished severely so that they Don't make this mistake again.

The police department should keep a close watch on that area and the bus stop so that both girls and boys can safely go to college and go back to their homes carefully. The

The police department should assure the girls that those people are safe and they can come & go anywhere freely and that Bus Stop is now safe for them.

I request you again to ensure to the girls that if there is any problem, you will help them first and also ensure to the girls that if they have any problem, do not worry, call the police department directly and the police will always help them, Will be present for them and They also take care that no harm will come on their image and them, 

I have one last request to the police department to take care of it so that these types of mistakes do not happen again.
